The roof is composed as follows:

– fir beams

– exposed fir boarding

– waterproof membrane

– wooden frame containing 16 cm of polystyrene

– second waterproof membrane

– ventilation made with 6-cm wood joists and second frame with larch planking

– Prefalz aluminum standing seam cladding, an installation technique that does not use screws and holes in the surface

– aluminum gutters.

This roof was made with materials and techniques that make it eternal and maintenance-free. Its light weight is a highly valued requirement in case of seismic events.
